- Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
- Life & Family Support
- You will generate and maintain an 18-24-month phased demand forecast, collaborating on baseline creation, reconciling enrichments, and publishing the final consensus forecast.
- You will own the monthly Demand Review (DMR) pre-alignment cycle - preparing Brand leaders, securing forecast approval, defining risks and opportunities, and documenting demand drivers and assumptions.
- You will partner with Sales & Marketing to evaluate promotional impact on demand, using post-evaluation analysis to quantify uplift.
- Externally, you will partner with DP service partners such as Genpact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of demand planning experience with a track record of influencing senior commercial leaders
- Deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning / S&OP frameworks
- Experience evaluating new product demand and collaborating on commercial strategy
- Advanced skills in segmentation, statistical modeling, historical cleansing, and forecast accuracy/bias analysis
- A direct, confident communication style - you back your positions with data and know when to push back
- Proactive and adaptable
- effective in matrixed organizations
- Accountable for metric performance and consistent in following through on data-driven recommendations

- The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

- Proficiency in SAP APO, Logility, and Power BI
- toy/fashion industry experience and APICS certification preferred
Compensation
- $128,600 - $192,900 USD
