Responsibilities
- Lead searches for technical roles across various engineering groups
- Develop relationships and maintain contact with top talent for both current and future opportunities at Airbnb
- Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency and drive innovation
- Leverage data to build reports on hiring progress and outcomes
- We believe diverse ideas foster innovation and engagement, and allow us to attract creatively-led people, and to develop the best products, services and solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly recruiting senior level hires.
- Experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Gem, and/or Airtable
- Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels
