About the role
- Job Title: Entry Level Operator Summary: Duties of the Chemical Operator position include the operation of manufacturing process equipment, packaging finished products and general labor throughout the facility.
- This position assists operators and crafts as necessary and assigned, with increasing responsibility for operations and product quality.

Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping to ensure area safety and maintain audit-ready condition.
- Demonstrate d ability to drive a forklift truck.
- Area-specific task requirements as outlined on the job/task qualification documents.
Requirements
- The following are required for the role
- Ability to work continuous shift that requires nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background investigation
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, with or without accommodation.
- Must have the assets needed to become OSHA certified on the job as required by OSHA 1910.119

- Complete equipment clean-outs/turnarounds as required to ensure proper operation.
- Must have at least a two-year degree from an accredited college/university in a related field or a high school diploma/GED with at least two years of chemical industry experience and/or experience in other manufacturing, warehousing or industrial environments
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Employees must meet respiratory protection program requirements applicable to area to be eligible for consideration.
