Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations: Perform thorough psychiatric assessments to establish a baseline, manage psychotropic medications, and deliver personalized, need-based care.
Ongoing Medication Management: Develop and adjust treatment plans, including medication management, based on patient progress and input from the interdisciplinary team.
Team Engagement: Participate in regular team meetings to evaluate new referrals, review active cases, and adjust care plans based on patient progress and organizational goals.
Engagement in Quality Programs: Contribute to quality initiatives such as performance improvement programs, medication reviews, and outcome optimization strategies.
Interpersonal and Team Collaboration
