- While others are asleep, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and comfortable environment where individuals can rest peacefully.
- From responding to overnight needs and completing wellness checks to preparing residents for a successful morning, your work helps ensure quality care continues around the clock.

Responsibilities
- Support Individuals Through the Night & Morning Assist individuals with overnight needs while respecting privacy, dignity, and personal choice.
- Encourage independence while providing person-centered support tailored to each individual's needs.
Requirements
- Complete required hourly status checks and other overnight monitoring responsibilities.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting or assisting with up to 50 pounds, providing mobility support, and completing household responsibilities.
- Overnight staff are required to remain awake and actively engaged throughout the entire shift.
Nice to have
- Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
