Responsibilities
- Design and execute enterprise-wide people strategies and transformation initiatives that directly fuel Sabre's long-term growth.
- Partner with executives to rethink organizational design, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity to boost operational performance.
- Own the regional workforce planning strategy, identifying critical talent and building robust succession plans to meet the needs of tomorrow.
- You possess the "soft power" to build high-trust relationships across a global matrix, influencing strategy at every level of the organization.
Requirements
- Analytical Rigor: Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to use advanced analytics to diagnose organizational trends and improve retention.
- Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and a collaborative "winning" attitude.
