About the role

  • In this role, you will join the Legal team supporting North America Commercial Contracts and help shape what's next in healthcare by negotiating smart, practical agreements for complex commercial offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements, including amendments, statements of work, confidentiality agreements, and hardware, software, XaaS, and SaaS offerings.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Contracts, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Regulatory, Deal Desk, Compliance, Product, and IT Security teams to support accurate, timely contracting.
  • Negotiate legal documents that align business goals, customer needs, revenue priorities, and risk considerations.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal teams and external customers while managing competing priorities and deadlines. What You Bring (basic requirements)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with internal stakeholders during contract negotiations.
  • 3+ years of experience with complex technology transactions.
