About the role
- Job Description Job Description Provides safe and effective delivery of patient care including assessment, interpreting, planning and implementing treatments for voice, laryngeal, and airway disorders.
- Engages in collaborative research within the department as time allows, and the dissemination of research findings through presentations, conferences, and publications.
- Participates in activities appropriate to a member of the Lions Voice Clinic of the Department of Otolaryngology.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited graduate program
- Licensed or ability to acquire Minnesota Licensure
- Clinical experience with performing and interpreting laryngeal imaging, laryngeal function studies, and comprehensive voice assessment and treatment
- Personal experience with vocal performance (spoken and/or sung)
- Successful completion of relevant ASHA-approved clinical fellowship
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) in good standing
- Meets threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
- Provides excellent patient care/service
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate well with partners and staff
- Detail oriented, efficient, adaptive, and self-motivated
- Education focused and a creative problem-solver
- Voice and Upper airway clinical fellowship training
- Prior research experience
Compensation
- 80,388.00 - 116,562.00 USD Annual
