Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data validation), and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Visual or equivalent platforms).
Coordinate vendor onboarding processes, including the creation and distribution of new vendor packages and required documentation.
C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

Experience with vendor onboarding, quality documentation, or RFQ processes is a plus.
