Sponsors, but it's cap-subject — you still face the weighted lottery (~61% per draw at Level IV). Good if you win; have a cap-exempt backup on your list.

About the role

  • Commercial real estate and real assets is one of the most important and fastest-growing segments of our business, and how we win there depends on product marketing expertise that sits shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales.
  • In this role, you'll be the internal expert on how real estate and real assets managers buy, who sits in the buying group, what they care about, and what makes them choose Juniper Square over the alternative.

Responsibilities

  • Partner on Juniper Square's strategy, positioning and messaging for the real assets segment, articulating a differentiated value proposition for each stakeholder in the CRE buying group
  • Build the real assets persona and industry playbooks: buyer and influencer roles, priorities, objections, and content needs at every stage of the sales journey.
  • Sales enablement & deal support
  • Work directly with Sales leadership and top sellers to co-create the collateral that wins real assets deals: executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, and stakeholder-specific decks for each stage of the buying process.
  • Own competitive intelligence for the real assets segment and disseminate actionable insights to Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product so the whole go-to-market motion stays aligned around how real estate and real assets managers actually buy.
  • Fertility and growing family support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the commercial real estate or real assets ecosystem is required (at a real estate investment manager, a fund administrator, or a company selling into CRE)
  • Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy roles is advantageous but not required, with a strong bias toward supporting Sales and influencing deal outcomes.
  • AI Fluency: experience using LLMs, agents, and AI automation tools to measurably accelerate your work, and understanding where human judgment is critical.
  • the ability to translate nuanced market insights into clear, compelling GTM artifacts.
  • you understand how these firms operate, who the buyers are, and what they care about.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
