About the role
- Ensures effective business operations, process efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day business operations for non-investment functions including budget management, resource allocation, strategic planning support, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partners with Finance, HR, and other corporate functions on budgets, headcount, and strategic initiatives.
- Responds to corporate requests, tracks business metrics, and implements process innovations.
- Supports business unit leadership with operational execution and business planning.
- support businesses small and large; finance infrastructure projects that connect and power cities; and facilitate innovations that drive progress.

Requirements
- Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.

Compensation
- Proficiency with business management tools and systemsFor New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$105,000.00 - USD$137,500.00.
