Responsibilities
- Create pitches and presentation materials to be used by practice groups for prospective matters, client engagement and business development efforts.
- Conceptualize, write, produce, and distribute client services communications, including internal client newsletters, fact sheets, financial profiles and client news to be used internally and externally to secure or support client mandates.
- Prepare and maintain checklists and critical dates lists

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
- Ability to take initiative with all aspects of daily and special assignments
- Proficiency with various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional and others
- Strong communication skills
- Impeccable research and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in a team environment
- Demonstrates creativity, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Ability to develop credibility with internal and external clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice.
Compensation
- New York: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $70,000-$75,000.
- The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
