About the role

Rockstar is seeking a Temporary HR Operations Specialist to join our global HR team, in New York.
This position reports to the Senior HR Operations Manager in the US.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

Participate in global HR workstreams and work closely with the Senior HR Operations Manager to drive quality and timely delivery of critical milestones.
Drive initiatives to enhance HR process and recommend system improvements.
Coordinate and triage internal communications across global HR and partner teams.
Create and maintain documentation on processes, programs, handbooks and user guides.
Play an active role in designing and performing regular audits to maintain data integrity across transactional systems.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and employment law.

Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple actions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with discretion on confidential and sensitive tasks.

Global HR experience with large matrix environments.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year.
