Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, CRM systems, or similar process management tools
- Experience leading and executing events, trainings, workshops, outreach initiatives, or engagement program s.

- Occasional travel may be required based on business or operational needs.
- Official transcripts will be required of the candidate selected for hire.
Nice to have
- Experience working at a Hispanic or Minority Serving Institution
- Knowledge of or experience working in career services
- Assessment and evaluation experience
- Human Resources/Staffing experience
- Knowledge of emerging trends in student employment
- Familiarity with Workday or other similar candidate tracking systems
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Exempt
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
