About the role

- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare detailed annual operating budgets consistent with university assumptions. - Collection of rent in a professional, timely manner that ensures a healthy balance sheet.

Responsibilities
- Manage each key tenant lease obligations including lease abstracts, rent roll, insurance, co-tenancy, etc.
- Develop cooperative relationships with vendors to obtain best pricing and quality service.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well articulated information.
- Ability to understand, speak, and write English to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner.
- Excellent computer skills andStrong working knowledge of Yardi or other property management software
- Experience in project management, tenant coordination and mitigating risk on property level.
- Knowledge of leasing, contracts, and industry-related terminology.
- Intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software (specifically Excel), email and internet research functionality.
- Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.
- Regularly required to hear and speak to effectively communicate orally.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building/.
- Possess public communication skills that allow professional representation of Liberty University to a variety of business and community customers and associates.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature.
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Required daily travel to local and occasional travel to campus locations and not local to the Lynchburg area.
Compensation
- Market benchmarks may be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity to ensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensation structure.
- Compensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, along with University needs and external market conditions.
- $65,000.00 - $90,000.00
