Responsibilities

  • Manage each key tenant lease obligations including lease abstracts, rent roll, insurance, co-tenancy, etc.
  • Develop cooperative relationships with vendors to obtain best pricing and quality service.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well articulated information.
  • Ability to understand, speak, and write English to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner.
  • Excellent computer skills andStrong working knowledge of Yardi or other property management software
  • Experience in project management, tenant coordination and mitigating risk on property level.
  • Knowledge of leasing, contracts, and industry-related terminology.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software (specifically Excel), email and internet research functionality.
  • Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.
  • Regularly required to hear and speak to effectively communicate orally.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building/.
  • Possess public communication skills that allow professional representation of Liberty University to a variety of business and community customers and associates.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Required daily travel to local and occasional travel to campus locations and not local to the Lynchburg area.

Compensation

  • Market benchmarks may be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity to ensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensation structure.
  • Compensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, along with University needs and external market conditions.
  • $65,000.00 - $90,000.00
