About the role
- Title: Sustainment Futures Analyst Belong.
- KBR is the prime contractor on the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract.
- MSEIT provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) services for the USAF and USSF.
Responsibilities
- Collect logistics and operations and sustainment (O&S) data and perform predictive analysis for a diverse portfolio of strategic Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3) terminals
- Proactively recommend logistics-based solutions and plans for spares management, acquisition, and distribution to optimize reliability and availability of NC3 systems
- Work with the government and contractor team to develop and execute logistics solutions and strategies
- Analyze developer plans, evaluate proposed sustainment activities, and develop recommendations for potential solutions
- Support sustainment analysis efforts to capture current combat readiness metrics and actions
- Perform analyses to determine system maintainability, reliability, and supportability requirements and document results of the analyses in a report format

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 4 years of related experience in DoD Space Operations, Life Cycle Logistics, or DoD Acquisition
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Active Secret or higher clearance
- 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management roles
- Communications Security (US Government) - knowledgeable
- Configuration Management (DoD) - aware
- Demilitarization & Disposal (DoD) - knowledgeable
- Maintenance Planning & Management (US Space Force) - knowledgeable
- Operations & Maintenance (US Space Force) - proficient
Compensation
- $82,500-$103,000 in Colorado Springs, CO
