Responsibilities

  • You'll support professional development programs that support teacher success, district adoption, and company growth.
  • Manage and coach the PD team, fostering strong performance and collaboration.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of PD offerings, including workshops, virtual sessions, cohorts, and certification programs.
  • Monitor feedback and performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements in PD quality and impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Curriculum, and Marketing to support district success and company growth.
  • We work directly with students, teachers, schools and districts to implement computer science classes.

  • In this role, you'll oversee the programs and team responsible for delivering high-quality professional development experiences to teachers and districts across the country.
  • Over the last few years the CodeHS PD team has trained around 4,000 teachers each year.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent PD content aligned with curriculum updates and new course offerings.
  • Plan and execute PD events (workshops, webinars, conferences, bootcamps), ensuring strong participant experience and outcomes.
