Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee administrative tasks, such as contract negotiation, procurement, and document management, to maintain project documentation.
- Regular site inspections are conducted to maintain quality and safety standards, and they manage all documentation and reports.
- Responsible for addressing project-related issues and ensuring the adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Maintain high construction quality standards and ensure that work meets project specifications and client expectations.
- Maintain open and effective communication with other project manager(s), engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Manage project schedules and timelines.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration and/or (2-4) years of related experience.
- Commitment to safety and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Strong knowledge of construction and solar industry practices.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Leadership and team management expertise.
- Knowledge of equipment operation, and construction site management is essential.
- Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Skills
- will include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the solar projects.

Compensation
- $105,927.00 - $140,883.00
- Pay Rate Type:
