Responsibilities

- Lead problem solving for quality issues.
- Implement resolutions from basic to complex problems.
- Implement process improvements.
- Lead team adherence to Quality Control Plans and mistake proofing.
- Support gage/tool calibration and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R).
Requirements
- ability to train others
- Technical Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Quality Control Plans, mistake proofing, NMR, ECR, SPC, ISO processes
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
- The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years in quality or Certified Quality Technician preferred
Skills
- Basic drawing, wiring, schematic interpretation; intermediate PC skills
- Quality Technician II
Compensation
- $25k-$50k
