About the role
- Join our program supporting Airbnb's Luxe program as a Home Consultant and help us uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected from the luxury homes in Airbnb's Luxe offering.
- Consultants typically complete home consultations in approximately 2 hours, with some variation depending on property size. *Please note that this project operates on an as needed basis.
- Assignment volume may fluctuate throughout the duration of the program and is not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts
Nice to have
- Preferred but not required: background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields
Compensation
- You have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to assigned locations
- You own a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos
- Amazing communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Tech-comfortable and able to complete reports via a stable internet connection
