About the role
- At Flex, we welcome people of all backgrounds.
- Schedule: Normally scheduled Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:45pm
- Operates various machinery (press brake, punch press, laser) to manufacture parts from sheet metal or metal plates.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time
- Prepares, sets up programs, and adjusts machines as required by product plans and production schedules.
Nice to have
- At least one year of experience in metal fabrication or related work is preferred.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Basic computer and math skills
Compensation
- Job Posting Start Date 06-19-2026 Job Posting End Date 07-03-2026 The base pay range for this position is provided below.
- $19.06 USD - $25.73 USD Hourly

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machinery (press brake, punch press, laser).
- Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate machining controls.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans including blueprints and drawings.
