Responsibilities

  • User research & experimentation: Proactively gather feedback from our renewable energy professionals, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Translate insights into pragmatic features and improvements.
  • Stakeholder management: Manage stakeholders across all areas of the business to gather expertise and get buy-in.
  • Collaboration: Partner with engineering and design to define product roadmaps that reflect the priorities of the business and maximize customer value.
  • The Engineering, Product and Design (EPD) Team at Euclid is a cross-functional, collaborative group of 19 Engineers, Designers and Product Managers.
  • As a Senior Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, ops, and our end users to identify the most important problems to solve, frame them, and drive outcomes.
  • Proactively gather feedback from our renewable energy professionals, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Manage stakeholders across all areas of the business to gather expertise and get buy-in.
  • Partner with engineering and design to define product roadmaps that reflect the priorities of the business and maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment (series A to growth).
  • Track record of shipping enterprise software or building features for niche specializations or fields.
  • Curiosity and common sense - ask the right questions, cut through ambiguity, and structure simple solutions from messy problems.
  • Flexibility and openness - adapt quickly, stay open to new approaches, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathy for users and teammates - understand diverse perspectives, build strong cross-functional relationships, and create products people actually want to use.
  • Familiarity with AI - experience using, and ideally building, products that leverage AI
