About the role
- This position is responsible for performing operational activities related to DDGS loadout, inspection, and general facility operations.
- Key duties include conducting inspection activities such as probing trucks, operating grain handling and receiving equipment, and providing excellent customer service to drivers while accurately entering shipment data.
- Employees will operate various types of mobile equipment and assist with the safe movement of railcars for product loading.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection activities such as probing trucks
- provide customer service to drivers and perform data entry of shipment details
- Perform general housekeeping activities
Requirements
- Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time
- Must be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 180 feet
- It does not include all responsibilities and skills required of the job and may be changed at any time.
- All responsibilities must be completed in compliance with all safety protocols, policies, procedures and consistent with the spirit and philosophy of The Andersons' Statement of Principles.
