Responsibilities
- You will own real problems end to end. You will take an ambiguous need, frame it, and ship the experience that makes value land in the first few moments. Activation matters here, because the sooner someone feels capable, the sooner they trust us.
- You will design for intelligence.
- You will shape how AI manages and surfaces complex data, and how we build on top of it so the product feels effortless.
- This is a senior individual contributor role. You lead through your work and your influence, not by managing people. You will raise the standard around you, give feedback that sharpens other designers' work, and help the team hold its own bar.
- Owns problems from framing through shipped detail, without needing them fully defined for you.
- Shows more than tells. You prototype fluently in modern AI-assisted design tools, building high-fidelity work that makes the case and hands off cleanly to engineering.

Requirements
- You are as comfortable taking something complex and making it feel simple as you are starting from a blank page and shaping a 0-to-1 experience out of ambiguity.
- Beyond that, you are someone who:
- You are curious about how models behave and you prototype with real intelligence, not just static screens.
