About the role

- This role is responsible for overseeing revenue cycle operations, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing programs, and supporting managed care initiatives and reimbursement models.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities and processes of the Revenue Cycle
- Implement strategies to improve billing and collections efficiency
- Manage relationships with insurance providers and third-party payors
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams
- Partner with Finance to support reporting and key performance indicators
Requirements
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible leadership/administrative experience in revenue cycle, patient billing, or finance
- Knowledge of EDI and clearinghouse requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

- Master's degree in a related field
