2+ years of system design experience and/or relevant deep technical experience, including load calculations, equipment selection, and/or energy modeling
Deep understanding of residential buildings (i.e., Building Science, residential mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), heat pump technology, and heat pump products

Fluency in data-driven tooling and software, such as spreadsheets, python, etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred but not required
