About the role
- The Assistant Manager is a strong communicator and motivational agent whose main role is to assist the Store Manager in achieving the company goals.
- This person thrives working in fast-paced environments where creative problem-solving skills and priority focus are critical components to effective operations and successful execution of the role.
- The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily business operations of the store including supervising employees, communicating with and helping customers, and carrying out directives given by management.
Responsibilities
- Train staff on how to drive sales through consistent development, product knowledge, systems, and customer service standards
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory counts as guided by management
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow store's dress code
- Maintain a positive attitude, high energy, and focus on customer satisfaction
- Analytical and math skills to create and analyze reports and sales data
- Travel opportunities for national events, festivals, and store build-outs

Compensation
- The expected pay range for this position is $23/hr-$25/hr.
