About the role

The Post-Secondary Placement student will assist in event planning, delivery, directing teams and vendors to ensure the completion of the event agenda and respond to last minute adjustments.
They will also help raise funds for various programs and initiatives that will help decrease stigma associated with mental illness & addictions.

Help with the stages to plan, execute, and deliver on CMHA events including event agenda, site preparation, catering, registration, entertainment, and marketing materials
Help design and implement stewardship and recognition strategies which will ensure all donors receive correspondence, reports and updates in a timely manner Peel Dufferin Branch

Experience working with non-profits or social services agencies an asset
Ability to travel within and around Peel Region and Dufferin County.

Although we operate within a hybrid workplace model, staff are required to have on-site and/or community presence as per program and client needs.

Assist with the annual United Way Greater Toronto campaign through the development of new ideas, planning, and execution
