Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to [insert amount] pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to [insert amount] pounds.
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.

- Experience with ERP/inventory systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting production material flow

- Pull materials for job kits and production requirements
- Lead and organize material requisition pulling activities
- Issue job kits and materials accurately and track discrepancies
- Perform stocking and putaway with strong location accuracy
- Manage Kanban replenishment to support continuous flow
- Provide cross-functional backup support within stockroom operations
- Execute ERP transactions with accuracy for inventory tracking
- Verify kit availability and resolve shortages proactively
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Stockroom Supervisor or Company management

- Scope of Position
- This experienced and dependable individual, as part of the Materials/Stockroom team, will be responsible for ensuring accurate material flow, coordinating material availability, and supporting inventory accuracy to maintain uninterrupted production operations.
- This role builds on foundational skills with increased ownership and coordination responsibilities.
- This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
