Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to [insert amount] pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull up to [insert amount] pounds.
  • Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Pull materials for job kits and production requirements
  • Lead and organize material requisition pulling activities
  • Issue job kits and materials accurately and track discrepancies
  • Perform stocking and putaway with strong location accuracy
  • Manage Kanban replenishment to support continuous flow
  • Provide cross-functional backup support within stockroom operations
  • Execute ERP transactions with accuracy for inventory tracking
  • Verify kit availability and resolve shortages proactively
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Stockroom Supervisor or Company management

  • Scope of Position
  • This experienced and dependable individual, as part of the Materials/Stockroom team, will be responsible for ensuring accurate material flow, coordinating material availability, and supporting inventory accuracy to maintain uninterrupted production operations.
  • This role builds on foundational skills with increased ownership and coordination responsibilities.
  • This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
