- Establishing important project objectives and performance targets and communicating with clients on technical issues where necessary.
- Participate in creating the project's scope, budget, staffing, and construction plans.
- Accountable for efficient change order management.
- Oversees installation, measurements, computations, and field inspections for public and private clients.
