About the role

  • The Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration, governance, security, and operational support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments. This role ensures platform stability, security compliance, and continuity of service by managing environments, access controls, data loss prevention policies,
  • and acting as the primary escalation point for platform-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • The Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration, governance, security, and operational support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
  • This position focuses on administration, governance, and support -not solution development or major customizations.
  • Deploy and maintain standardized baselines for Power Platform using the Power Platform Admin Center
  • Manage multiple Power Platform environments (e.g., Sandbox, Production), including naming conventions, descriptions, environment types, and access/security policies
  • Assign and maintain user roles (Environment Admin, System Admin, Basic User, etc.)
  • Review, configure, and maintain tenant-level Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
  • Perform Dataverse updates to support platform continuity and leverage new capabilities
  • Support solution deployment, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and minor configuration changes
  • Manage and maintain security roles and permissions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments
  • Solution-Level Support
