About the role

Requirements

  • You have partnered closely with engineers on complex systems at scale, can self-sufficiently root-cause issues, and can propose credible fixes.
  • Crisp, high-attention-to-detail written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex technical concepts clear to any audience.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including owning a roadmap for a dedicated engineering team in a technical product area.
  • Experience with financial or other regulated products is a strong plus.

Compensation

  • At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position.
  • We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $171,000 - $207,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region.
  • The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience.
  • At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package.
  • Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
