About the role
- The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.
- This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment).
- Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.

Requirements
- Some local travel required (tri-state area)
- 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices
- Must have customer service experience

- Biomed experience a plus

Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this position is $32 to $35/hourly.
