About the role
- We're seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join our team on a contract basis (up to 20 hours/week to start).
- This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a high-impact service, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as business need grows.
- This role sits at the intersection of paid media strategy, influencer creative strategy, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid influencer creative strategy across campaigns, including identifying the strongest content angles, hooks, formats, and testing opportunities based on client goals, platform best practices, and performance data.
- Develop paid ad strategies that connect creative, audience targeting, budget allocation, campaign structure, and optimization plans into one clear recommendation for clients.
- Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Client Services to support new business opportunities, helping shape paid media recommendations that strengthen proposals and help win deals.
- Build client-facing materials and proposals that make paid media strategy clear, including budget allocations, targeting strategies, and flight schedules.
- Set up and manage campaigns end-to-end, including structure, targeting, creative deployment, and optimization.
- Collaborate with campaign and account teams to align paid strategy with organic influencer content calendars.
