About the role
- Nous cherchons un ingénieur en mécanique du bâtiment pour notre service de l'indemnisation.
- La personne retenue jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance.
- Dans le cadre de ses efforts continus pour mieux contrôler la gestion des réclamations et améliorer l'expérience des assurés lors de sinistres, Intact bâtit une équipe interne de premier plan en investigation technique de cause et d'origine de sinistre.
Nice to have
- En plus de consigner votre opinion par écrit, vous serez aussi appelé à intervenir pour contribuer à la résolution de conflits en cours de réclamation en apportant votre expertise technique.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente comme ingénieur forensique en mécanique du bâtiment.
- En plus des connaissances techniques et des aptitudes physiques requises pour le poste, vous devrez communiquer avec aisance tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit pour la vulgarisation de la cause et l'origine du sinistre.
Compensation
- Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

- Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc.
- The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles.
- 101,800 - 124,400
- Possibility to purchase up to 5 extra days off per year
