Nice to have

  • Familiarity with both commercial and government audiences and the nuances of communicating effectively with each.
  • Experience working in complex technical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, industrial technology).
  • Experience supporting executive communications, founder-led content, or thought leadership initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, project manager, and relationship builder who can take a rough idea and turn it into compelling content, campaigns, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate Rivet's participation in conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements, customer events, and industry forums, including content development and event execution.
  • Prepare the company leadership for media, speaking, and public engagement.
  • Track both leading indicators and business outcomes across communications and marketing efforts, using data to refine strategy and maximize impact.
  • Requirements 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, content strategy, corporate communications, or a related field.
