Responsibilities

  • Perform the Customer Service function including reconciling client trades, positions, money balances, and other customer inquiries and service enhancements.
  • Process various transactions within the back office system as well as help maintain/enhance the system.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working as a Customer Service representative within a Client Service team for an FCM.
  • Familiarity with Exchange clearing systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Working knowledge of Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and exchange rules and regulations for trade clearance, trade input, position balancing, margin and settlements.
  • Operational knowledge of cleared OTC products and Exchanges.

Nice to have

  • Experience with a back-office system such Ion - XTP or GMI/FIS
  • Experience with Exchange/Clearing Fees or Commissions in a Fees Module and reconciliation
  • Experience with FIA DOCs and execution agreements
