STAY AWESOME: Tandem Diabetes Care is proud to manufacture and sell the Tandem Mobi system and t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ+ technology - an advanced predictive algorithm that automates insulin delivery.
Please note that although the role is posted as remote/hybrid, the ideal candidate would be based in Richmond, Virginia area.
WHEN & WHERE YOU'LL WORK: Field Based and Hybrid: This position is field based and hybrid.

Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Ability to work in a fast pace, ever changing market and see change as an opportunity to improve business performance and campaigning for it when necessary.

3 years of related industry sales experience
This review is required to ensure that individuals in such roles uphold high standards of trust and integrity so as to protect the interests of our customers, employees, and stakeholders.

Creatively and resourcefully uses available tools and resources to identify sales leads and gather the information required to determine if prospecting criteria have been satisfied.

Able to relate effectively with patients, referral sources and health care professionals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet with CRM software familiarity.

The base pay for this position is $91,890 - $112,310 annually, with a target earning potential of $166,890 to 187,310 annually.
Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market.
In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes a robust benefits package.

Tandem has good cause to conduct a review of criminal history for this position as this position will have access to customer's protected health information and regular contact with customers.

This position is field based and hybrid.
We are open to candidates located in Richmond, Virginia or neighboring cities.
Equipment for the role will be provided and training will occur onsite and remotely.
