Typically has 6+ Years of Software Development Experience.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality applications and features to production.
Experience designing and building distributed architectures, ideally in the AWS ecosystem, with a strong understanding of principles such as separation of concerns, scalability, and loose coupling
Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code) to improve development workflows and productivity
Strong experience with relational and document-oriented databases, including performance tuning and scaling.
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks such as React.
Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern code management practices.

The annual base salary for this position is expected to fall within the following ranges, depending on level, experience, and demonstrated technical depth:
Level I (typically 4+ years of experience): [$98,000-$182,000 annual base salary]
Level II (typically 7+ years of experience): [$119,000-$221,000 annual base salary]
