Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, and/or Occupational Safety (or other related specialization)
- Experience in managing EHS risks in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Pharmaceutical or related high-hazard sector.
- At least 10 years' experience in the EHS Field.
- At least 4 years' experience managing a team.

Nice to have
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Membership of a relevant and internationally recognized professional organisation (e.g. ASSP, AIHA, AIHA).
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
- Other related engineering certifications
- This position requires extensive knowledge of EHS requirements and regulations.
- Knowledge in the use of EHS tracking databases, such as EHS One.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $133,171 to $183,110.40 plus a 12% performance Bonus.
