Responsibilities
- Partner with Category Managers to understand business objectives, challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state processes that improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Document business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support change management activities associated with new processes and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT and system administrators to configure, test, and implement enhancements.
- Support procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and spend analytics applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into category performance, spend trends, supplier performance, savings initiatives, and operational metrics.
- Partner with business stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve data stewardship practices.
- Support category taxonomy and classification initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
- Three to seven (3-7) years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
- Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, supply chain, category management, or finance functions.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis techniques.
Compensation
- $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually
- The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role.
- It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.
- Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
- Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan.
- Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
