About the role
- Position Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Medical/Surgical unit provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider.
- This role is essential in supporting patient recovery, monitoring clinical conditions, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities
- Assist with procedures and support patient care activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. required
Compensation
- Commensurate with experience
- New Graduates: Encouraged to apply
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the care team
- Assist with procedures and support patient care activities
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery
