About the role

  • Food and Beverage employees at Arapahoe Basin are committed to creating "a day worth repeating" for our guests by ensuring legendary service and food quality throughout our Food and Beverage outlets.
  • This position ensures that the F&B teams meet department goals of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by creating a welcoming, clean, and friendly environment in the 6th Alley Bar & Grill.
  • The 6th Alley Manager works closely with F&B management team to meet financial department goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain operational knowledge of all F&B systems including InfoGenesis and Agilisys applications as resources for communication and revenue collection for F&B Outlets.
  • Maintain cleanliness of F&B operations and ensure that everything is in working order or seek repair of equipment in the cafeterias, bars, bathrooms, and deck areas.

Requirements

  • 2 years of management or supervisor experience required
  • 2 years of Cash Handling experience required.
  • 3 years of restaurant front-of-house specific experience required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to keep focus in a crowded setting
  • Ability to withstand high-altitude conditions at all times
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8+ hour shift

Nice to have

  • TIPS certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent - preferred

Compensation

  • $57,720 - $86,840 annually
  • The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Arapahoe Basin's hourly pay range for this position.
