About the role
- This is not a role that simply reports what happened.
- You will help shape where we invest, how quickly we scale, and how we balance growth with capital efficiency.
- You will also be one of Reevo's most important storytellers - turning financial and operating data into a clear narrative about what is happening, why it matters, and what we should do next.
Responsibilities
- Own Reevo's operating plan, long-range plan, rolling forecast, and integrated financial model.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the founders, COO, and executive leadership team.
- Develop the narrative connecting financial performance, operating metrics, product progress, and company strategy.
- Own financial materials for Board meetings, investor updates, fundraising, and company planning.
- Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences that create accountability and accelerate decisions.
Requirements
- You are a strategic finance leader who combines analytical rigor with strong commercial judgment.
- You are an exceptional storyteller who can turn complex financial and operating information into clear, actionable narratives.
- You are an AI-forward operator who actively identifies opportunities to embed AI and automation into Finance workflows
- You are equally comfortable presenting to the Board, challenging executive assumptions, and working directly in a financial model.
- Startup or scale-up experience preferred.
Nice to have
- Determine which capabilities should be built internally and which should remain outsourced.
- 10+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
- Finance leadership experience at a high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, or enterprise software company.
- Demonstrated ownership of planning, forecasting, financial modeling, cash management, and Board reporting.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, gross margin, GRR, NRR, CAC, payback, sales productivity, burn, and runway.
- Experience supporting fundraising, investor diligence, and capital-allocation decisions.
- Strong accounting fluency and experience overseeing financial reporting, revenue recognition, tax, audits, and controls.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and executive communication skills.
