Responsibilities
- Manages a portfolio of current, lapsed, and prospective mid-level and major donors, focused on building meaningful donor relationships and growing philanthropic support.
- Develops and executes individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for assigned donors and advancing them through the pipeline.
- Conducts donor outreach and meetings to build relationships and move donors through the giving pipeline.
- Partners with WUCF leadership and staff to translate organizational priorities into compelling donor opportunities for fundraising priorities.
- Collaborates with UCF Advancement & Partnerships to identify and advance prospects, ensuring alignment with broader fundraising efforts.
- Tracks and manages donor activity and portfolio performance to ensure consistent engagement and progress toward revenue goals.
- Join WUCF as the Assistant Director, WUCF Development and help grow meaningful philanthropic support for Central Florida's only PBS affiliate and home for jazz.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience

- Experience in a relationship-focused role such as fundraising, nonprofit development, customer success, account management, community engagement, public relations, marketing, or communications.
