About the role
- We need a scrappy, hands-on builder who can thrive in ambiguity and has a background in both top-tier consulting and a high-growth startup.
Responsibilities
- Own the deal desk and quote-to-cash process, including pricing, contract reviews, and order management for high-value deals.
- Manage the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, improving our tech stack (Stripe, Tabs) and handling complex edge cases.
- Establish and run the collections and A/R management process to improve visibility into credit exposure and manage delayed payments.
- Partner with the VP of Finance on strategic projects like forecasting, modeling, and board materials after establishing core operational processes.
- This is a critical, P0 role to build our revenue operations infrastructure from the ground up, reduce operational risk, and free up leadership to focus on more strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a finance, RevOps, or BizOps role at a growth-stage technology company
- Experience with billing systems (Stripe, Tabs, etc.).
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity
