About the role

  • Headquartered in Toronto, the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) is responsible for investing in new infrastructure projects.
  • The Advisor, Communications (18-month contract), will be responsible for assisting with implementing the communications action plan.

Requirements

  • Support the Director, Communications, Senior Manager, Communications on public investment announcements and other duties as assigned, when required
  • Bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate in communications, public relations or related field is required
  • A proven team player with up to five years communications experience
  • Experience in event coordination, from inception to delivery
  • Time management skills with an ability to proactively plan, prioritize and meet urgent and competing deadlines for multiple projects
  • Ability to work confidently with senior corporate executives

Skills

  • Strong oral and written communications skills in English is mandatory and French desirable.
