Responsibilities
- Perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material placement according to project plans and specifications
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance and cleaning
- Maintain proper trench safety and awareness around underground utilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment on heavy civil or transportation projects
- Proven experience with mass earthwork, utilities, or roadway construction
- Ability to work from plans, grades, and elevations
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if required
