Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex failure conditions and perform in-situ repair and modifications on a variety of electrical and computer related systems
  • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance tasks - monitoring calibration requirements, creating backups, ordering replacement parts
  • Lead and support technical investigations related to system, software, subsystem, equipment, and facility issues
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to support personnel on system functionality, operational procedures, and tools
  • Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, test procedures, and reports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including systems, software, test, customer support, and program stakeholders
  • Identify risks, communicate technical status, and recommend practical solutions to support operational readiness

  • You'll apply advanced thinking, design expertise, and practical problem-solving to help equip military and allied forces with leading-edge systems.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain required security clearances and controlled goods/ITAR-related approvals, as applicable
  • This role is well suited to a systems engineering professional with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in highly technical, customer-facing environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Electronic Warfare Operational Support
  • Familiarity with requirements management and test tools such as IBM DOORS, RTC EWM, or similar platforms
  • Experience creating or maintaining test procedures, qualification test documentation, technical reports, or verification evidence
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
