Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
- Support project managers with business cases, budget tracking, and contingency management
- Manage accruals, financial tracking, and cost validation activities
- Support contract administration and change order processes
- Create streamlined presentations for senior management
- Maintain documentation in compliance with governance and audit standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting minutes, and action logs

- Whether we are part of the contractor's team or serving as an owner's representative, we offer a wide spectrum of construction management support services to help our clients mitigate risks and deliver successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Primavera P6, including use of dependencies, cost loading, resource loading, and resource leveling
- Proficiency with SAP
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in utility construction or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven leadership and ownership mindset
Compensation
- $100,000-$130,000 annual salary
